All orders ship from Los Angeles.
Within the United States: We ship via FedEx or U.S. Mail. FedEx options include Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight service. U.S. Mail options include Priority Mail and Ground Advantage.
International Orders: We ship via Priority Mail International.
Time Sensitive Orders: If your delivery is time-sensitive, we recommend calling our office directly, or selecting FedEx, as it is generally more reliable than U.S. Mail.

Hemp Traders has an open 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a refund or credit towards another item. Items need to be sent back to our warehouse at the following address:
