  • What shipping methods may I choose?

    Shipping Options
    All orders ship from Los Angeles.
    Within the United States: We ship via FedEx or U.S. Mail. FedEx options include Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight service. U.S. Mail options include Priority Mail and Ground Advantage.


    International Orders: We ship via Priority Mail International.


    Time Sensitive Orders: If your delivery is time-sensitive, we recommend calling our office directly, or selecting FedEx, as it is generally more reliable than U.S. Mail.

  • How much will I be charged for shipping?

    Shipping costs are based upon standard Fedex rates and U.S. postal rates. These rates include the cost of the freight as well as insurance. To determine the freight charge, just add products to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once there, enter your country, state and postal code. The shopping cart will calculate your shipping rates. 

  • How are larger orders shipped out?

    Larger orders requiring a full pallet or more will be shipped via standard truck lines. Please call our office for freight quotes at 213-677-2997

  • Can Hemp Traders ship to countries outside the United States?

    Yes, Hemp Traders has the ability to ship to countries from their Los Angeles warehouse, We usually ship using Priority Mail from the United States postal service. We also have the ability to ship using FEDEX and UPS International services. Please be aware that you may be charged duty in your host country when the material arrives at your location. Orders to foreign countries, and pre-orders shipped from our factories must be placed on the phone or by email.   • How are factory direct orders shipped?

    Factory direct orders are shipped directly from our factories under the terms FOB (Free on Board). These are usually sent by ocean freight or air freight depending upon your needs. The customer is responsible for the freight costs, as well as any duty or brokerage fees. Freight costs are billed directly to the customer from the carrier.
