Our Knit Hemp Fabric Scraps are an affordable way to experiment with hemp textiles and discover the variety of knit hemp fabrics we offer. These are pieces of our regular knit hemp fabrics that may have small flaws, irregularities, or dirt marks that make them unsuitable for apparel production or projects requiring long, consistent yardage.

The fabrics themselves are still useful for countless smaller projects. Simply work around the imperfect areas or cut the fabric into smaller pieces.

Scraps may be natural or dyed and can include a variety of knit constructions, weights, colors, and hemp fiber blends from our inventory.

Sold by the Pound — Not by the Yard

Unlike our regular hemp fabrics, knit hemp scraps are sold by the pound rather than by the yard. Each order contains an assortment of fabric pieces totaling the weight purchased.

Because knit fabrics vary considerably in weight and construction, the amount of fabric you receive per pound will also vary. A pound of lightweight jersey will generally contain considerably more yardage than a pound of heavier fleece, rib, or other substantial knit fabric.

Individual pieces typically range from approximately ¼ yard to 4 yards, depending on the fabric and what scraps are available.

Every Assortment Is Different

Part of the fun of buying scraps is not knowing exactly what you'll receive. Scraps are selected at random, and specific fabrics, colors, weights, fiber blends, constructions, piece sizes, or yardage cannot be requested or guaranteed. Your assortment will depend on the scraps available at the time your order is prepared.

If your project requires a particular fabric, color, weight, fiber content, construction, or continuous yardage, we recommend ordering from our regular hemp knit fabric collection instead.
