What shipping methods may I choose?

Within the United States we ship using FEDEX or Priority Mail. You can choose any one of Fedex shipping methods including ground service, 3 day select, 2 day, and overnight. We require 1-2 business days to process your order. Outside the United States we ship using Priority Mail from the United States postal service.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are based upon standard Fedex rates and U.S. postal rates. These rates include the cost of the freight as well as insurance. To determine the freight charge, just add products to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once there, enter your country, state and postal code. The shopping cart will calculate your shipping rates. 

How are larger orders shipped out?

Larger orders requiring a full pallet or more will be shipped via standard truck lines. Please call our office for freight quotes at 562-630-3334

Can Hemp Traders ship to countries outside the United States?

Yes, Hemp Traders has the ability to ship to countries from their Los Angeles warehouse, We usually ship using Priority Mail from the United States postal service. We also have the ability to ship using FEDEX and UPS International services. Please be aware that you may be charged duty in your host country when the material arrives at your location. Orders to foreign countries, and pre-orders shipped from our factories must be placed on the phone or by email. How are factory direct orders shipped?

Factory direct orders are shipped directly from our factories under the terms FOB (Free on Board). These are usually sent by ocean freight or air freight depending upon your needs. The customer is responsible for the freight costs, as well as any duty or brokerage fees. Freight costs are billed directly to the customer from the carrier.
